In short: we measure and install impact windows and doors across Boynton Beach, the northernmost town in our regular area. Permits go to the City of Boynton Beach or to Palm Beach County depending on the address, and a standard impact window runs about $850–$2,100 installed, as an estimate.
East of I-95
The older parts of Boynton, between Federal Highway and Seacrest Boulevard and north and south of Ocean Avenue, are mostly block homes from the 1950s to the 1970s. Many still have aluminum single-hungs or awning windows with their original glass. Masonry openings are straightforward to anchor into; the time goes into the stucco return around each frame, which we finish so the new unit sits flush with the wall.

Marina, Intracoastal and Inlet condos
Around the Boynton Harbor Marina and along the Intracoastal, condo buildings and townhomes look out over open water toward the Boynton Inlet. Units there need sliders and windows rated for higher pressure, and their associations usually control the look. We collect the board's rules and the manager's insurance requirements up front so approval is quick.
The western communities
West of Military Trail, and particularly along Lyons, Hagen Ranch and Jog Roads, Boynton is dominated by gated and 55+ communities built from the 1990s on. Their builder-grade windows are now reaching the age where seals fail and glass fogs. Most of these neighborhoods are outside city limits, so permitting goes through Palm Beach County, and the association's architectural committee typically has to sign off first.
Boynton Beach numbers are estimates until we measure. See the cost guide for each range.
Boynton Beach questions
Is my Boynton Beach address in the city or the county?
It depends on the street. Much of the land west of the city with a Boynton mailing address is unincorporated Palm Beach County. The parcel record shows which office handles your permit, and we check it before we file.
How far do you travel to Boynton Beach?
Boynton is the northern edge of our regular area, roughly twenty to thirty minutes from central Boca depending on I-95. Measures and installs there are scheduled the same way as in Boca.
